Meet Out Team:

I am an experienced audit and accounting professional with over 30 years of expertise in the industry. I currently serve as the Chief Audit Executive at Yudentax Tin Audit, a firm I co-founded in 2011 after demerging from NIMM Audit, following its merger with the international auditing firm KPMG. I specialize in audit services, financial reporting, and consulting, with a focus on helping clients improve their processes and controls.

My career began in 1982 at Prime Leather Manufacturer of Mongolia as an industrial accountant, where I managed payroll and financial reporting for over 500 employees. However, one of the most defining stages of my career came during my tenure as Senior Account Executive at Suljee PHC (Suljee Publicly Held Company), one of Mongolia’s top industrial companies at the time. During my seven years with Suljee, I managed financial reporting and payroll for over 1,000 employees, contributing to the company’s success in the textile and fabric trade and manufacturing sectors. This experience helped me develop strong skills in client relationship management, project management, and business development, as I worked to drive growth in a rapidly evolving market.

In 1997, I became the Chief Audit Executive at Naidvar Audit, one of the founding firms of NIMM Audit, which eventually merged to form a large audit entity. This period was pivotal in my career, as I earned my CPA in Mongolia and gained invaluable experience as the auditing profession in Mongolia evolved in line with international standards such as IFRS and ISA. As the Senior Auditor at NIMM Audit, I led audit teams for diverse clients across industries, contributing to the growth of the firm into one of Mongolia’s leading audit entities.

My academic background includes a Master of Science in Business (Accounting) from the University of Mongolia and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from the National University of Mongolia. With extensive experience in the auditing and accounting sectors, I am passionate about fostering strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services tailored to meet their unique business needs.
